We collect only the information you submit through our inquiry forms: name, email, phone number, company and message content. It is used exclusively to respond to your request and to prepare a quotation.

Inquiry data is processed through Web3Forms and delivered to our export team by email. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@unicues.com.

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are FOB Ningbo or Shenzhen unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, balance against the bill of lading. Samples are paid in full before dispatch.

Lead time is 20–35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Delays caused by force majeure are communicated within 48 hours.

Claims for manufacturing defects are accepted within 30 days of delivery, supported by photos or video of the affected units.

We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air and express courier. DDP door-to-door is available for most markets.

Every cue is packed in an individual hard case, then in a double-wall export carton. Container loading photos are provided before departure.

Sample orders can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging; return freight is at the buyer’s cost.
